Authorized to sign contracts and/or issue purchase orders for the following on behalf of Iowa State University: procurement of goods and services; procurement of equipment; procurement of services for the construction, repair, renovation, or improvement of ISU buildings or grounds; leases, facility use agreements, plot use agreements; contracts including non-disclosure agreements and licenses to use other's intellectual property; and contracts allowing others to use ISU's intellectual property. Also authorized to sign contracts and issue purchase orders for the Special Schools.
