Agreements for intermittent or short-term use of facilities and grounds managed by Reiman Gardens, agreements for exhibits to be shown, agreements for instructors, speakers, lecturers, musicians and other to speak or perform, agreements for creating and distributing RG publications, agreements with third parties to sponsor events at RG after consulting with Purchasing Agent, agreements for RG to participate in events held by others, agreements to abide by certain horticultural and entomology requirements and restrictions regarding plants and other items.
